When we were recently launching our new line of baby products we did extensive research into different magazines and newspapers in the Vancouver area. Urbanbaby & Toddler magazine was the unanimous choice based on its style, content and distribution. But it's only after our ad ran that we truly realized the power of Urbanbaby & Toddler. All the retailers we listed in the magazine were getting dozens of calls about our products. That made us and our retailers very happy! We will continue to make Urbanbaby & Toddler our top choice for reaching parents of babies and toddlers. Urbanbaby & Toddler magazine is one of the best places we have found to
advertise our baby
products. In one day we can have mums calling from Lions Bay all the way to
Chilliwack looking to buy strollers. As well, retail stores looking to carry
our unique product line have found our ad in Urbanbaby & Toddler and we have
signed many excellent business deals. Since placing
an ad in Urbanbaby, we have experienced an increase in sales due
to our exposure in the magazine. We know this because we make a point
of asking customers how they heard about our program. Parents have commented
on the calibre and usefulness of the articles in Urbanbaby compared
to other local parenting magazines. I personally find it to be a polished
and well-written publication that is sure to grow. Urbanbaby
magazine is by far my best advertising venue to date. Ever since I placed
ads in Urbanbaby, my business has increased significantly. Urbanbaby
reaches my target market, new parents and young families, effectively.
I myself as an advertiser am very happy with the outcome. Urban
Baby & Toddler is targeted to the audience I want to reach - parents
of young children. It's a well thought-out publication. Each page is thoughfully
laid out, balancing editorial and advertisements. The feedback we've received

we have limited advertising dollars. Urbanbaby
has helped tremendously with gaining exposure for my new home-based business.

my ads, and the magazine's distribution is putting my business directly

As a photographer,
I chose to advertise in Urbanbaby for many reasons. Firstly, I
like the fresh, clean look of the magazine. Secondly, I see it everywhere
I go! From the community centre and the library to my local doctor's office.
And thirdly, as a publication aimed toward new parents on the Lower Mainland,
it is the ideal market for the clientele I am looking for. Not to mention
the fact that Emma Lee (the owner and editor) is wonderful to deal with.
I receive many inquiries on a regular basis and a large portion of them
come from Urbanbaby. That's how I know it works! Urban Baby & Toddler is targeted to the audience I want to reach - parents of young children. It's a well thought-out publication. As a parent, I'm always looking for informative articles and resources to help me as I raise my two toddlers. Urban Baby & Toddler is a great publication - easy to read with articles and ads which are relevant to my issues. It contains resources from throughout the Lower Mainland which is incredibly helpful. I highly recommend it as a great read for any parent I’ve never seen such an informative magazine. There are so many issues that I’m having with my first and only (so far) child and I seem to be able to find most of my answers in this little publication; it’s amazing. I’m so glad that I actually read Urbanbaby & Toddler instead of looking at it and grabbing a copy of Today's Parent...
